The 12-months, full-time, salaried position for entry-level professionals begins with an induction at Alltech’s European Headquarters in Dunboyne, Ireland. After this, trainees will be placed in technical sales roles within their home markets.
The induction will provide an overview of the company and include training in the areas of team building, leadership, presentation skills, cross-cultural communication and ruminant nutrition. Trainees will be exposed to senior leadership and an array of company resources.
After the induction, trainees will fulfil established roles under the supervision of a line manager. These managers will provide regular advice and feedback on progress and conduct periodic reviews.
In addition to great hands-on experience and practical knowledge, trainees will become a vital part of a close-knit, cross-functional team of peers to whom you can turn throughout the program and your career.
Our goal is to retain the talent nurtured throughout the year. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be ready to expand contributions to the company’s overall global sales!
